⭐ 1/5 Our experience with Ferguson Supply has been extremely frustrating. We discovered that another contractor was allowed to make purchases using our company account. We have also had multiple issues with credits that were supposed to be processed but were not, resulting in inaccurate account balances and additional time spent reviewing and correcting our records. Trying to resolve these issues has involved repeated back-and-forth communication that, in our experience, has been unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional. Rather than receiving clear answers and timely resolutions, we have had to continually follow up on problems that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. As a plumbing and heating contractor, we depend heavily on our suppliers for accurate billing, proper account controls, and professional communication. Based on our experience, Ferguson has fallen significantly short in all three areas. We have spent far too much time correcting account issues that should never have occurred, and unfortunately this has seriously affected our confidence in continuing to do business with them.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but after my experience with Ferguson, I feel other plumbing contractors should know what they may be getting into. I own a local plumbing company, and dealing with Ferguson has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a supplier. In my experience, the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability has been unbelievable. We have dealt with conflicting information, things not being handled the way we were told they would be, and situations where it seemed nearly impossible to get a straight answer. When you're running a plumbing company, you depend on your suppliers to be organized, accurate, and dependable. Mistakes and poor communication don't just create an inconvenience—they cost contractors time, money, and credibility with their own customers. What has bothered me most is the lack of trust I now have in what we're being told. Based on our dealings with this location/team, I have found their business practices extremely frustrating and, in my experience, dishonest. When problems arise, instead of feeling like someone is taking ownership and working to make things right, we've been left dealing with confusion, excuses, and unnecessary headaches. I've worked with plenty of vendors and suppliers over the years, and problems occasionally happen everywhere. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those problems. Our experience with Ferguson has been exceptionally poor. For a company that depends so heavily on relationships with local plumbers and contractors, I expected much better. After what we've experienced, I would have a very difficult time trusting them with anything important to my business. Other contractors: document everything, double-check everything you're told, and don't assume something has been taken care of just because someone says it has. Extremely disappointing experience.

I am currently remodeling both my kitchen and bathroom, and I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at this store was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it. I asked an employee for assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude.I didn't catch her name, but from the moment I approached her, she seemed irritated that I was even asking for help. When I asked if she could place an order for me, she looked annoyed, acted as though I was inconveniencing her, and made no effort whatsoever to assist me. As a customer preparing to spend a significant amount of money on a kitchen and bathroom remodel, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. I left without making a purchase because I refuse to spend my money at a business where customers are treated this way.

We had an appointment with Armando Peña today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about what could fit our space and budget. We left feeling closer to our goals for a new bathroom.

I have done many renovation projects in the past. However, I walked in today to do a bathroom renovation and the reception woman up front was very kind and professional but I got I’ve got a representative named Gracie, who appeared very cold, short answered and not very helpful. From the moment I met her she had an attitude. The store was not busy and there was ample opportunities to help me. I asked about vanities and shower tub units and she pointed to one unit, but did not offer anything from catalogs that they have. The only vanities they sell are the ones in the showroom, which is hard to believe. I went to FW Webb,, Splash and other stores and the representatives couldn’t do enough for you . I’ll never walk in that story again.
