I called Extra Space in Burlington. Ma this morning.and Bill assisted me with updating a credit card for auto payment and we spoke of rates etc. Bill took care of my requests efficiently and quickly to my satisfaction I also commented on how the facility always is clean and in good condition. He and Julia have done a great job keeping the place in good condition. I feel safe there and feel like the mgmt. cares about how the place looks for its customers. Excellent customer service Bill! Bill absolutely went the extra mile (and a half) to get my 86-year-old father’s storage needs met. This involved changing units, rewriting the contract, inspecting different units, etc.He even helped by moving around the Home Depot delivered, unassembled, heavy duty shelving. Really appreciated all the help, all the patience he showed us and know that when the moving truck arrives from Florida this weekend, he’ll be there to make sure that everything goes smoothly then too.

I’ve rented here for years, and while there have been some things here or there (elevator outage during Halloween), it’s a clean, safe, and easy storage environment. The management is especially receptive and easy to talk to, and the hours open are great.
