DONT BOOK HERE! NO PRICING INTEGRITY AND SCAM!
Here is why you should avoid booking here:
🛑 Hidden Rate Spikes Deceptive promos: My monthly rate skyrocketed from $66 to $125 after just three months.
Flawed notifications: They claim to send a 30-day notice via email, which is incredibly easy to miss or never arrives.
Automated overcharging: My account was automatically billed the inflated amount without my knowledge.
🛑 Ghost Customer Service Unhelpful management: The manager dismissed my frustrations entirely.
Broken promises: They claimed they would contact "Corporate" to resolve the issue and follow up.
Zero communication: I received no call and no email response.
Insult to injury: The next automated payment went through at $120—proving no one fixed the problem. $5 reduction? a joke
🛑 Dishonest Business Practices Fake scarcity: Management blamed the price hike on "unit availability. "The reality: The facility currently has multiple empty, available units. This place operates on dishonesty and predatory billing. Save your money and do not book a unit here.
