Extra Space Storage was a great experience from start to finish! The facility is clean, spacious, and easy to access. Moving and storing your belongings can already be stressful, so having someone make this part of the process so easy makes a huge difference. Matthew was incredibly friendly, kind, helpful, and generous with his time. He walked me through each step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before moving forward. He was patient, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the right space and understood exactly what to expect.
The combination of a clean, well-maintained facility and excellent customer service made this an easy five-star experience. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage, and a special thank you to Matthew for making the whole process so seamless!

I had a great experience getting my storage unit. Shad who originally helped me was very friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me find the perfect size storage unit without trying to push me into something bigger or more expensive.When I came back to move in, George and Matthew were also extremely helpful. They assisted me with purchasing boxes and answered all of my general questions. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire move-in process much easier. Overall, it was a very good experience from beginning to end. The customer service was perfect, and I truly appreciate how helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit and excellent customer service!

Rental experience has been good so far. When I booked, George called me to help get me acquainted with the facility and the move-process. When I arrived, my unit was labeled for me with the accessories I needed to keep it secured. At the front desk George's service was kind and professional and he advised me on using the app and all of its functionalities.
