I had to move in to a unit immediately as my current unit with a different company SUCKED with pest , leaky ceiling and jjst a bunch of problem they weren’t fixing. I originally booked a 10x10 online and when Dawn saw me and spoke to my mover, she helped me find a smaller one and saved me so much money. Dawn even walked time to my storage units, made sure my locked and gate worked properly, helped me signed into the app, fixed the broken latched on my door, show me which elevator was having issues and tips and tricks on how to efficiently get my items from the first floor to the third where my unit was. She even walked me around to show me the location. I was going through a tough time and she even gave me some encouraging words aa if she’s known me my whole life. She’s an amazing person and I feel at ease knowing my items are at a location with an amazing property manager. Sean who works there Friday was also a great help. Appreciate them both!
