This was my first time renting a storage unit and they made it so easy. I got a call after booking my unit online where all of my questions were answered.
I was never able to figure out the bluetooth access through the app. But I think that's because my phone is old and honestly just using the access code worked great.
The building is clean and secure. There were plenty of carts and 2 elevators, making moving your items in and out easy and efficient.
I would absolutely rent a unit here again. Highly recommend

Hopefully my experience will remain this high! The facility was super clean. The dollies worked well. The prices were competitive with other places in the area (who had bad reviews!)
The online rental process was very easy and I received entry information electronically.

I’ve had the best experience using the extra space storage in Nonantum, MA. The facility is very clean and the staff is so wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. They are so accommodating and friendly. I’ve gone from a large unit during my cross country move to a now smaller one and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this location!! Worth every penny!!
