HUGE shout out to JEN!!! this woman saved me. Everything that could have gone wrong for me went wrong on moving day. Including not having access to my things at the worcester location. In the process of an entire mental breakdown this absolute angel came from this auburn location and not only did she drop everything to help me but she was able to turn my entire day / mood around. 100 percent would not have been able to move if she didnt rescue me!!!! THANK YOU JEN!. Before you i was cursing out this company and swore to never use it again. Now I know I will be a returning customer
