Poor experience. It was not advertised online that the units are stair access only. This makes the moving carts useless unless you’re on the first floor. In addition, the unit numbers do not match what it shows in the app.
When calling customer service, they were unable to provide any help or contact the manager. They requested I lock my items in a unit that may or may not match my assigned unit and wait for tomorrow to see if I get a call.
I do not recommend this facility. I drove 40 minutes to just turn around with ask my items. Truck rental wasted, time wasted, and no resolution as only the facility manager can cancel even when the site is falsely advertised by corporate.
