We were working on a project for our home and had to go back and fourth a few times to this Lowes location every staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and more than willing to help! In of our back and fourth trips one of the associates (Kevin) was very patient as we tried to pick out items outside in the garden department. Thank you everyone for all your help!

In December a week before Christmas, I was moving from a house or a different house. I want to Lowe’s order fridge range wine cooler and I bought a bunch of stuff the fridge that came in was damaged. I called them to pick it up. They picked it up, never refunded my account on my lost credit card a week later I called them to pay my balance. I found out that they never refunded the fridge the first one came in damaged. I put a dispute on it, but nobody seem wanna help. The dispute got denied. They told me I have no record of returning the first Fish that one came in damage so they charged me to for two fridges. I end up going back to the store. Talk to the person who did that after 4 1/2 months they put me on collection. I was in the process and buying another house. They dropped my credit card down and they put me in a tough spot on closing on the house. I spoke to the person I bought it. He said he sold that fridge last week. He finally did the return on my account after a hassle back-and-forth. I’m getting aggravated. I said to myself, I would never use Lowe’s again, But I gave him the benefit of the doubt I went back and I buy a pressure washer, electric pressure washer a week ago. I opened the box after a week installed the thing don’t work. I take it back to the store with the receipt. They said I only have 48 hours. They can’t do nothing about it. Every time I go to Lowe’s it seems I get screwed. This will be my last time. I will cancel my credit card and I would never go there again. Home Depot will get all of my business.

I went in to find a replacement door handle and took my broken one with me. When it was clear it could not be replaced I started looking for repair options. I asked the guy behind the counter which of the two epoxies I was looking at might be best for the job. He told me to ask ChatGPT.
