Just stopped coming to clean the pool without any discussion or notification despite consistently paying them for their services (card on file so just had to charge it). No phone call, no email, no letter. Nothing. I’ve called them multiple times with still no explanation and can only speak to the woman answering the phone. Now the pool is green. But I’m pretty sure if I was willing to pay over $30 k that was quoted for new pool there would be no issues. 11/30- and then to post an awful gaslighting and passive aggressive response to my experience and still without an actual phone call from the business owner to have a TRUE conversation in regards to how to rectify the problem speaks volumes. After our last conversation I forwarded you the quote to fix the repairs and was told that you were waiting to hear from Chris. That was in oct. And still no phone call. I never had an issue with the options in fact we agreed to do the repairs in stages to make it affordable. That was also in October. But thanks for the google response
