- GHGuy G HopkinsAug 3, 20262.0I was surprised at the disarray of the store, multi colored employees arguing over who had to help customer, as the register associates leving their station with customers in line to console a loose dog...instead of handling customers they (4) scrambled to find food and water for a dog. I love animals but there is a place and time for this!!! In fact we had a 10lb yorkie mix that was confronted and was close to attacking my Lil service animal... You need a good people manager before you loose profit!!!

I was basically handed a cart and then I was on my own. I guess what I'm saying is you want to go and spend $500 on some really nice things for your house this is the place to go but don't need someone to help you. Customer service a zero!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
