  As I first walked in Jordan met me & was very helpful! Because he was informative, friendly-customer service & what they offer with their pools, we're getting our pool from him! Thank you Splash & Jordan!

  From thousands of miles away they were able to locate the part number for a part to my pool so I could order replacements! Terry was ever so helpful, I would definitely recommend as their customer service has truly been impeccable! my kids will be extremely excited to swim this season and I can do so with peace of mind knowing the broken part won't be the cause of all boo-boos! Part was ordered, once it came in to the store they rerouted it to my home in PA, 4 days until it got to me! Awesome service, may be 1,000s of miles away however if use in a heartbeat!
