Can’t say that the ones that I spoke with about a canceled order knew or was able to help at all after a hold online for over an hour any time I called. What I can say was great was the delivery guys that brought our refrigerator were so nice! I can’t remember his name and but it started with a J I know! The other guy I don’t remember seeing his on the order but they were both very friendly and helpful and considering the drive and other deliveries they made it to my home almost 2hrs away ahead of time. Sorry guys that my dog is a little protective but u handled it very well!
