  I needed a good clean up . This was a very professional crew . They did everything we had discussed and left the place neat and very clean . No trash was left behind . Andrew is very kind and understands the scope of the project . I am looking forward to having his crew maintaining my yard . Thank you

  Excellent experience! Will hire again when the need arises. This crew did a great job from start to finish for someone who knows very little about landscaping. Their pricing was extremely fair and competitive. They looked at photos of my front yard, designed a plan, and made recommendations for things I wouldn't have thought of -- like a clever automatic watering system -- which was surprisingly affordable and well implemented. (I don't have a green thumb.) They even came out again weeks later due to a concern I had about watering frequency and made adjustments as a courtesy.

  Phenomenal Landscape Maintenance in Milan! Living in Milan, dealing with tight neighborhood lots, local soil, and fast-growing weeds can be a challenge. Their expertise really shows in how the crew cares for the property. They don't just mow the grass; their total maintenance package includes thorough weeding of the garden beds, meticulous trimming, edging, hedging, and complete debris removal. They are always punctual, polite, and respectful of the property. They pay immense attention to detail and leave the yard spotless every single time. If you want a reliable, professional team to keep your Uptown New Orleans home looking pristine year-round, I cannot recommend them enough!

  Southern City Farm and Landscape came to my rescue in the dead heat of summer & saved my sanity. He and his staff took on my yard and large flower beds ( both front and back) after my prior contractor quit no notice after 20 + years leaving me in a long grassy mess and weeds the size of house cats. His rates are very fair for the efforts and understanding to keep a well manicured colorful beautiful garden . I look forward to a long and bright future ahead and his vision for my Bi-annual flowers replacement as well as shrubbery replacements that didn’t survive the heat although in ground sprinkle coverage.

  Unprofessional service, damaged property, and zero follow-through. It has been two months since this project reached completion and numerous quality issues have not been resolved despite multiple promises that they would be. I feel I’ve given it enough time and now I can write an honest review about my experience working directly with Andrew/designer of this business. Unfortunately, it was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. He never did show up to make things right. The project started much later than promised, and the work was not done correctly according to our initial agreement. When I was invoiced for full payment while out of town, I was assured the job was done. But when I sent someone to check and it wasn’t, Andrew admitted he hadn’t even been to my property to verify that it was indeed finished. The biggest issue for me was that several of my long-established plants were pulled out of my yard without anyone asking me first. This was not part of the plan. I had to explicitly ask him to replace them because he left huge gaps in my yard from where the plants were removed. When I expressed how disappointed I was with all of this and more, he offered only empty promises. Instead, he repeatedly texted that he would call me back or show up to fix things, but he never followed through or showed up. I had a much bigger project already lined up with them that was supposed to start after, but I decided to cancel all of it. I will not sign up again and cannot recommend a business that treats a client's property and time this way.
