I really sat in their parking lot for an hour waiting on a manager to let me in when my access codes would not work. Meanwhile there was NOT ONE employee on site to assist me. Tori gave lip service over the phone but that didn't equate to any actual real service for an hour! It's a shame because the lady i booked with at the corporate call center was very nice and helpful but this location at General De Gaulle is a disgrace. I'm going to need a reimbursement for all the money this cost me on my move or I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

This place literally saved my life. After Public Storage basically durned me down at their door, Extra Space came in clutch and took care of me. I was able to make a reservation over the phone, and it was quite simple. The customer service agent, Stephanie, was fantastic. Great booking experience.

Store Manager is such a sweet young lady. I always see her bouncing around the property and always greeting my husband and I with a warm welcoming smile. Anytime we’ve had issues or questions she addresses our concerns quickly. Hopefully she gets some help so she won’t be there by herself all the time. We definitely would recommend storing at this property and ask for Alexis she will make sure you’re taken care of.
