I purchased a washer and paid for hauling away. The people lied and said they installed and hauled away, they brought the new washer in, and didn’t connect it. Also, left the old one and I’ve been on the phone with 6 different people and nobody has helped with the problem. I wish I had purchased from Home Depot instead.

I got almost 300.00 in lumber and had to get it and load it by myself.....with a broken hand. Checkout was average, employees that didn't pass you by and try to avoid work we're actually very nice. I would come back just because I need the lumber. Thanks

I spent $3,000 on an air compressor, a ladder, and a roofing nailer. However, the nailer turned out to be defective, and when I tried to return it, I was told they couldn't offer me a refund or an exchange because—according to one woman—I hadn't purchased an insurance plan. A dark-skinned woman spoke to me harshly, stating that she couldn't exchange anything because I had already used the tool; yet, I had only used it once, and I had been given a 30-day window to exchange the nailer in the event that it malfunctioned. Despite this, they refused to give me a refund or exchange the roofing nailer. They are incredibly rude in the way they treat people.😡

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
