Extremely helpful young lady Thursday afternoon 5/28/26. Had to secure an extra unit because the current one was full. Movers were on the way and ready to unload. I was able secure unit and have ready, thanks to the help and expertise of this lady.

I easily secured a space online, but I went to finalize it and no one was at the office. I returned when the sign said someone would be there but still no one was there. I went home and called and was assured someone would be there the next day. I went the next day but once again the office was locked and emptied. I rented at another storage facility. It is ridiculous to leave the office empty for whole days.
