The day after storing my things I had a concern that I brought to her attention. She was very responsive and has excellent customer service skills. I feel like my storage is in good hands. It’s consistently clean, and the elevators sometimes smell particularly good, like Pine-Sol. I attribute how well it’s kept up to the manager, Shannon. She is an absolute gem! I highly recommend renting here.
