First the only reason I'm giving this Lowe's a 3 is because of Tiffany who handled the issues with my online order and the lady at self checkout who came over and assisted me at the in store pickup. If not for that this review would be a 0 star and the manager of this Lowe's should be fired. I ordered 4 gallons of paint online and set it for delivery as I'm a full time parent raising two boys who are both under 3, so I don't always have the luxury of leaving Moss Bluff to head into Lake Charles, so delivery is very convenient for me. 4 gallons of paint were never delivered. I called the 800 number on my order and that was a huge mistake, just call the Lake Charles store. A day went by after calling the 800 number and no response, no paint, no anything. Called again and finally Tiffany from the Lake Charles Lowe's called and apologized and made it right by having the paint remixed. Unfortunately no delivery and I had to go to the store to pick it up. Sunday morning at 0800 I go into Lowe's and follow Tiffany's directions which were head to the kiosk at the in store pickup and let them know I was there for my missing paint. 3 times I pressed that button for assistance and no one came. I helped myself in the pickup room and started looking around and found my paint. I could've just taken whatever I wanted and left and no one would've noticed or cared. After finding my paint I walked out of the storage area and looked at the self checkout ladies who finally acknowledged me. I talked to the two ladies one of which walked off, but the other got on the phone and made a call leading to her walking into the pickup and helped retrieve my paint. She even offered to get me a cart as I was with one of my boys. It took 20 minutes to pickup my missing paint. 40 minute drive round-trip and then 20 minutes in the store meant I wasted an hour to finally get the paint I had paid for. This is the price you pay though when the employees are underpaid, no care, no urgency, just an old dry erase board saying Lowe's store 589 is the best.

I called for help in installation put on hold ,5 minutes, only to be hung up on, called back customer service picked up and hung up the phone, I'm heading to Home Depot, they actually know how to treat a paying customer
