Doing business here as a contractor drains my energy and time. I rented an insulation unit yesterday that the employees knew had issues. The unit had insulation in it from the store I plugged it in and jammed immediately. Then when I bring it back expecting a credit they give me a $40 discount on the insulation and credited the unit. Well that doesn't cover my labor or my employees labor for the day or my drive an hour away and effort setting up unwanting your improperly rolled hoses. Bringing them back to Lowe's properly rolled up and then having to spend an hour in the store having to negotiate. All to find out I spent an hour of my time debating for $40. Meanwhile Lowe's didn't lose any money and my business lost around $500 and I'm 2 days behind on this project that was supposed to be finished tomorrow. I brought this up with the manager and he said his responsibility is the bottom line. And that he would call me tomorrow to make it right. Tomorrow is today and machine by tomorrow I'm going to be forced so do the insulation by hand so I can move forward with my life. Anyway it may not matter to y'all because this is a part-time job and all y'all really care about is profit but I'll never do business with that store again. If all y'all can care about is profit. I have spent nearly $100,000 at Lowe's and your reps call me every week. Why should I ever spend another penny at your stores ever again?

Is give zero stars if that were an option. I had a question about what exactly I needed to fix a shower faucet. They paged someone to meet me on ailse 8 where the plumbing is. Waited almost an HOUR. 3 EMPLOYEES WALKED PAST. I TRIED TO GET THEIR ATTENTION AND WAS IGNORED. SO I BOUGHT AN ITEM JUST GUESSING AND HOPING IT'S RIGHT. IF IT IS RIGHT I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN HOME DEPOT AGAIN. I'LL GO TO STINES WHERE I KNOW THEY'LL AT LEAST TRY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. WAS GOING TO BUY SOME OTHER ITEMS FOR A COUPLE OTHER JOBS I NEED TO DO. BUT I PUT EVERYTHING BACK. WHY SPEND MONEY TO PAY THEIR SALARIES IF I'M GOING TO BE IGNORED. 10 OUTTA 10 DON'T RECOMMEND. GO TO LOWES OR STINES

Treated myself to a DeWalt drill/driver - impact driver combo set came with two batteries, charger and contractor bag. It was on sale which made it even better. Kailee was the associate that helped me. Kailee was helpful, professional and friendly. Then I had Kathy, Joann and Candice helping me with getting the veterans discount and sales price. All three were excellent, professional, friendly and helpful.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
