And most importantly she price matched Wayfair's price. I've been using lazy boy recliners for 35 years and my favorite model chair is still being made today. They even sent a designer, at no charge, out to my home to measure my living room size & rug size needed and digitally placed the custom design chair, I had chosen, with my furniture to get a visual of how it would look in that room. Unfortunately, I chose not to go with that custom design chair, and I had absolutely no issues canceling that order. However, I did purchase a custom design recliner from La-Z-Boy about four years ago. We’ve had no issues with that chair and we have a lifetime warranty on the mechanical parts. We love our chair! When they say, “Sit Back and Relax” in their logo… They mean it! Great customer service and quality furniture… couldn’t ask for more! Satisfied Customer, Sissy Leger
