Excellent facility, clean location, easy access BUT I would not recommend this storage facility. Forewarning of the inconsistent rate increases.
Like many customers, I signed up based on the advertised rental rate of $37 only to have my rent increased later to $71. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the rate increase was sent through regular mail, despite the company using email for most other account communications. It feels misleading to rely on electronic communication for everything except notifying customers of price increases.
What truly pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable, however, was my interaction with the manager, Julius. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, his tone came across as condescending, dismissive, and demeaning. As a paying customer trying to understand why my rent had increased, I expected a respectful conversation. Instead, I felt talked down to and treated as though my concerns were not valid and basically told relay back to my "lease agreement."
I understand that managers do not personally set company policies, but customer service and communication matter. Price increases are frustrating enough so transparency, professionalism, and respect should be the standard.
Between the questionable way rate increases are communicated and the poor customer service I received, I cannot recommend this facility and will be taking my business elsewhere.
