They made sure I had what I needed to make my time at the storage easy. Mr Brandon spoke very clearly and was extremely patient. I thank him and the maintenance man for their assistance. Shown multiple controlled climate units of different sizes without pressure. Pricing was clearly presented before commitment. Contract documentation (computer shown & signed) was clearly explained page by page. Entrance and Exit from storage location was easier, and access to unit quicker, than my previous storage company. Have no information yet from my temperature and humidity device but the construction of the storage unit itself indicates better climate control than my prior storage unit. Picked this company because it was more convenient to my home location, but would do business with them again based on the initial service.
