- CWchris woodsAug 18, 20261.0Horrible. Unit was destroyed with mold due to leaking roof puddles in hallway. No responses about claim filed with insurance policy on unit. Didn’t inform me when they clearly saw the building had damage. Still trying to charge me for destroyed 10x10 unit also policy only was worth $2,000 which won’t cover 25% of items stored. But the gross negligence shown by them is unreal knowing the building was damaged and refused to inform customers or even fix it in a timely matter says a lot about what they care about not even giving customers the chance to come save thier stored items. Because some money can’t replace.
