  Giving 4 stars cause I believe if I pay for an appliance I should get my appliances hooked up for a small charge. I bought washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, and a gas stove. I was advised that I had to call a different place to get help hooking up gas and dishwasher. I feel this was a big inconvenience.

  Let me start by saying this my family has always used rods to buy equipment. I’ve never had an issue until two years ago, so with that being said if I could leave a zero star review I most certainly would. I bought a washer and dryer from rods. The washer continuously broke multiple times I had to get someone to come look at it , Well this last time they told my mother it would cost about $300 to $500 to fix it And that they didn’t Even know What was wrong with it!!! We would have to go down the line and fix one issue at a time. I told my Mother no, and we were going to look for another washer to buy because I might as well get a new washer if it’s going to cost that much to fix this one that continuously breaks every other month. So now they want me to pay them $100 fee for them coming out for two minutes and not even know what’s wrong with my washer and I refuse to pay anything to them. So let’s get to the second part. I bought a stand-up freezer for $1000 from them thats not even two years old and it’s already broken. Everything I’ve ever bought from rods Has broke. I refuse to ever buy anything from them ever again. Amazing sale reps, but horrible products. This is most certainly how you do not keep customers.

  Great experience with them, I bought a Speed Queen washer and went back for kitchen appliances! They come highly recommended!

  Fantastic building. Needs an updated roof, but 10/10 great sturdy place!
