This has got to be the worst run Lowe's in the country. On Sunday morning. The garden center is closed and they expect you to haul hundreds of pounds of bricks and mulch through the store to check out. There's 30 employees standing around and had a single one. Will make an eye contact or help you. It's absolutely pathetic

Horrible costumer service, very unprofessional. Nobody is willing to help do anything outside there area. I tried to return a product an was told "bring it back to the lowes in baton rouge were not taking it here" no wounder everybody is going to Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
