  I had a very bad experience at this store. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. It felt like they had no interest in helping customers at all. The employee threw all the products on the counter in front of me, and when I asked her how I was supposed to use them, she told me, “I don’t know. That’s your job. You need to read it yourself.” On top of that, the products she recommended did not help my pool at all. My pool stayed green. Whenever I tried to ask her questions, she would give me one-word answers instead of actually explaining anything or trying to help. At one point, she rudely kept telling me, “You have to listen to me. Listen to me.” I told her, “You have to talk so I can listen,” because she wasn’t even properly answering my questions. Very poor customer service and an extremely unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Until you all replace my pool vacuum or give me my money back, I'm not going to stop. You robbed me. You have the ability to make this right, but you won't Last time we went in the store, your employees were riding around on pallet jacks for fun. Its like the twilight zone of Leslie's pool stores. Embarrassing.

  I have heard stories from here but our experience today was truly way above 5 stars!! I will start off by saying, Paris is a ray of sunshine and a pleasure to work with. With several people in the store, she made sure to greet everyone while bouncing between helping all of us with a smile. Which was wonderful to see after our experience right before this with Billiot's. We went there first, because for one, I am all about supporting a local business and heard good things. We walked in to feeling like we were a bother, my husband asked for the o ring we needed and he insisted there was no such thing and didn't want to be bothered. Long story short, we left and will never patronize them again. Went to Leslie's and I'm telling y'all we had an amazing experience and got everything we needed and more, including the non existent o ring. Maybe things have recently changed, because the reviews I see, are nothing like our great experience today at Leslie's in Gretna. Paris had other customers and kept checking on all of us to help when needed again, with a smile, happy to help. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions without trying to upsell us, or make us feel like we were a bother and if she didn't know she was honest about that! Leslie's management, Paris deserves recognition and a raise because that employee is a true example of an asset to your company! We will be back and hope to shop with Paris each and every time!

  Ashley manages this location and I've always had a great experience. She knows exactly how to get my pool chemicals ontrac again. Highly recommend this location.
