- CDCHRISTINA DUNN6 days ago1.0The rudest woman employee. Mrs D is nice and kind and willing to help, the other woman is rude and disrespectful. Literally ordered a new washer and dryer to have delivered- I was told I would get a phone call the day of delivery so I could get there. I work and can’t sit in my house from 11-5 waiting. She called me when they were at my house and gave me LITERALLY 15 mins and they left. I work in BR and it’s storming but I tried my best. I made it 2 mins later and they were gone and refused to come back. I didn’t buy this for fun, I need it. She told me I could be rescheduled for the next week. Hmm excuse me ma’am could you at least try and do something helpful. Rather than be rude and not care one bit…. Yep I’m definitely done dealing with Aaron’s.

When the team finally arrived, they struggled to get the sofa into my home—and only after I went outside with them did they admit they had damaged my porch light. The light was visibly hanging from the wall with exposed wires, a clear safety hazard. Since June 12, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue through their claims department, but I’ve gotten nowhere. Lauren Logan, in particular, has been a major disappointment—unreachable, unhelpful, and unable to provide any clear answers. You can’t get anyone on the phone, and no one seems to take responsibility. I am beyond frustrated with this experience.

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
