I stopped by Lowe's Home Improvement while picking up supplies for a project at home and ended up having a really good experience. An employee helped me find the right materials without making things confusing, and I was able to get everything I needed in one trip. Checkout was quick, the store was organized, and the whole visit felt easy from start to finish.

Star – Worst Appliance Delivery Experience Ever
I ordered a washing machine online from the Lowe's Covington store for delivery to my 90-year-old father-in-law's home. The delivery team dropped it off yesterday evening but completely failed to level it, even though Lowe's own policy states that delivery includes leveling and testing the appliance.
As soon as he tried to run the first load, the washer vibrated violently across the floor. The sensor malfunctioned and kept extending the cycle. He’s elderly and had to physically hold the machine to stop it from shaking dangerously.
I spent over two hours on the phone yesterday being transferred between 20 different people with zero resolution. Today I called the Covington store, left multiple messages for the manager Jake, and he never called back. Still getting the complete runaround.
This is unacceptable service for any customer, especially an elderly one. I’m now at the point of demanding they pick it up for a full refund so I can buy from a competitor who will actually install it properly.
Do not buy major appliances from Lowe's if you expect basic installation service.
Lowe's customer service joke said they could pick up for return next day but had to wait 2 days to level.
Jake manage at Covington Lowes never returned call time for a new manage that understands customer service.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
