  Good service initially. Now they want me to pay $140 for a technician to come to my house and enter a code in my panel to remove an alarm bypass.

  For ten years now, this company has ALWAYS provided exceptional service. We had a false alarm one time and Thomas calmed me down since I wasn't home. He left me reassured that I was in good hands. This is the best customer service ever!!
