  I called and asked about getting a underwater light for my pool. Once they asked if I got my pool from them and I said no it was an entire different tone. He was extremely short and rude so much to the point I turned my car around and didn’t go to their store. This was on June 1, 2020. I told him he was being extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to explain anything or answer any questions and he said...Oh well. I hung up.

  Horrible customer service, do not expect help at all and everything you are told to do will be wrong when you go back. The manager spoke to me like I was a 5 year old. Would not pay 40000 dollars for a pool that doesnt work when u want it to. Manager should be fired for his awful custumer service
