  I have done business with Aarons in the past in Minden, LA and hoped this experience with Bossier would be better. When I decided to lease a mower for the season this year, with the intent to purchase if it was what I need for my property, I first had problems with the delivery and communication from the store. The associates name was Griffin who initially told me it could not be delivered on the day I had agreed upon when signing the lease. I called, spoke with the manager, she did work out the delivery. The man whom delivered it was awesome. When I leased it one of the reasons I did so was for the warranty in case of something happening. I work insane hours and live alone. I did not want to mess with repairs. At the end of July, a tire blew. I called the day it happened and Griffin again answered and promised a repair with someone to contact me about picking it up. No call ever called. When I made the next payment I questioned the female associate about it. She said Griffin would call me. He never did. Finally I get who I assume is the manager on the phone who tells me the tire isn't covered. This was 3 weeks after it happened. I understand it's not covered. It was the follow up and the customer service that really suck. The manager was not apologetic, empathetic or in no way helped solve the issue. She only said Griffin didn't know the policy. She supposedly moved my payments for me to every 2 weeks to match my paydates. Today, I found out she never did that so I was out twice the money somehow for a mower I can't use at the moment because it needs a repair. The only good thing today was the associate I spoke with was so understanding and actually listened to me. She also got my online account fixed so I could see my lease (something else I had mentioned to the manager previously) Her name is Hope and I really appreciate her today and how she handled the problems vs everyone else I have delt with. At this point I doubt I will keep the mower just because of the headache this has all caused.

  Rude and unprofessional. I have many concerns about the way I was talked to over the phone. I've done business with Aaron's for many years and never had this terrible experience. I should complained when my daughter came back and told me how ugly the guy was in the store when she went to look at the washer before it was delivered. She went into the store and silenced the music the young black male clerk was playing off of his phone. She asked him if he could wait til she left to play the music because it was inappropriate for store play. He asked her if she cut it off then walked off while she was still talking to him and he cut it right back on. He was ugly about it she didn't want to argue so she left.I had a used washer delivered and roaches have been coming out of it since the first day..my daughter said I should have called and asked for a replacement but I'm elderly and in bad health and I was grateful to even have a washer so I never complained. A few days ago some called from the store and asked how my experience was with the washer. I told the truth..we are still fighting roaches in the bathroom the washer is in and we didn't have any roaches beforehand. The person on the phone said that was unexceptable and would be getting back to me to resolve the issue. A couple of days past I didn't hear back so I decided to call and ask what could be done. Whoever answered the phone was unprofessional and rude..explaining to me that he had never heard of that kind of thing the 17th years he's been working there. Felt like he was trying to say I was lying. I've never been treated that way from the Aarons ive dealt with in the past. Now I'm contemplating sending it back.

  I rate this place no stars did the black Friday deal with the 1cent online call the store the say otherwise who in there right mind going to make a full monthly payment and this month almost over with don't give a sale if you can't honor it the lady that work this store has no manager skills and everything was approved on my EZ pay account she say this month the account say next month 😂
