  I truly recommend Splash, and Micah O. He was beyond knowledgeable, and professional. He truly blew me away how he listened and helped guide me to the right pool for my yard. After looking at other stores, I knew i was in good hands with Micah. I truly can't recommend him and Splash enough.

  I normally don't write reviews, but my experience was terrible! I spoke to Micah, several times before purchasing a pool for my Grandaughter, a week and a half before Easter, to make sure it was a together for Easter, the guy who was supposed to install the pool, cancelled 4 times! I again called the store to speak with Micah, and was told, not to worry, she would be swimming for Easter! Not only was it done a week late, The guy who installed the pool asked for money before the job was finished, on my ticket it said I paid 950 for installation, but somehow I was supposed to know that I was to pay the sub contractor separately! Once the pool was finally completed, I returned home only to find that the large ladder was not put together or in the pool. The timer was still in the box, the vaccum, was still in the box, the pool was not complete! Micah was of no help! He claimed this has never happened before! So, please , before purchasing from this company, decide if you want great service. In my opinion this was a complete disaster!

  Very happy with my tree, much better to purchase a tree that I am able to see first. Grear customer service in helping me choose our tree.

  It's taken a month to get the pool installed and now we are waiting for the guy to install the pump. They left empty boxes, tools and a bit of trash from installing the pool and our pump and what not has been sitting in the box rained on because they left it sitting there. I've taken pictures and emailed it to whom ever and I'm sure it will be ignored. They shouldn't charge an outrageous amount to have it installed if their only going to put up part of it and have you wait a few more days to install the rest. We were recommended to this place and now it's a complete disappointment. And anyone who says this place is great is probably a family member or friend. Just saying!

  Really helpful staff. I dont understand why theres so many negative reviews
