  We usually wash clothes here at least twice a month. Today after drying clothes we had two loads that weren’t fully dried. The dryers have clearly marked fill lines. When the wet clothes were put in they were at the fill line of course after drying and expanding they were over the line. After speaking to the attendant about the damp loads she walked over and began to speak to us in a condescending tone insisting we overfilled the dryers and mockingly laughing to our faces. When told she was being rude and laughing we could see the indicators clearly and clothes expand while drying she continued to insist and said she would restart them this time but it was a user error on our end as if we were being dishonest. We had already spent $60 in laundry we were not trying to con them out of $6 in additional dry time. We only asked because they have a first time dry guarantee. After being addressed about the laughing she said “I laugh when I’m nervous, you don’t have to speak to me that way” clearly trying to shift the situation to make herself a victim. We were never hostile or rude to her for it to be “nervous laughter” she was mocking us. Definitely the last time we wash clothes here.

  Good communication, fast service, and competitive pricing! My clothes were delivered perfectly folded and smelling amazing! I will be using them again for sure.

  First off great place very clean as always I normally do my laundry in the morning cause I know she’s there sometimes today I was late and to my luck I had her to help me once again very sweet girl polite as can be and always helpful whenever I’m in the store and other customers from what I noticed over the time I’ve came here so thank you Alta told you I’ll show your boss a great worker when I see one I know this is just a review but I wish I could have met the man you said Jeremy cause I’d tell him personally what I’ve noticed according to your work ethic and kindness everyone who reads this speed queen on flordia is a very nice laundromat plz give it a visit I love you hope you all as well and your experience while being there ! 🙏🏼Thx again Alta
