I was told that I would get a 30 x 10 storage, that I would be able to remove my restaurant equipment off the truck and slide it right in without any issues. Well, I got 3 small 10 x 10 units on the back outer skirt of the building where there is a hump you have to cross in and out off in the units when bringing in the equipment. There was no way to slide anything in. The units was extremely dirty and filthy as if someone had just moved right out of all 3 of them! We ended up damaging so much of my expensive restaurant equipment ( I own a restaurant and I'm doing some renovations), that I am so frustrated because I was told something else and given the exact opposite! I should've gotten a climate control unit, because my stuff is in units where it's already 100 plus degrees outside and I'm sure it's much hotter in the units that's outside! I will be moving my stuff out soon! And even if my stuff is not ready to be moved into the restaurant, I'm moving it to another storage facility!

Workers way in the back chating more than working. Sat by the door and gate no one came. I just went down the street and got a storage. Lose out new customers that way.
