  We were customers of Wilder Storage for well over 5 years, but after leaving we keep being promised our deposit to be given back, and after nearly three weeks have yet to receive it. Each time we call nobody can seem to give answers other than blaming “corporate”. At first we were told we would receive it back on our card within a week, then we were told Sam would cut a check, then came a story that corporate does it once a month. These deposit refund games are after the numerous rental hikes. They also seem to accommodate the tenants who smoke pot in their garages in which the smell drifts over the walls into other units, which caused our camper to smell like a pot farm. I would research other places and consider Wilder Storage as a last resort.

  The ladies in the office are super friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are always clean and well maintained.

  We were here for 3 years and they were absolutely wonderful. Only one minor rate increase that entire time. Staff was very helpful and willing to jump in with any issues we had. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We’re honestly sad to be moving and leaving them.
