I believe their names were Neal, Mike and Forrest and they were superb. So extremely professional, courteous, and they answered my questions. If I ever use this company again, I hope to have the same team come to my home!

I find it disturbing that an employee of a perceived reputable company would argue against a written contract along with ignoring specific detailed requests during an on-site meeting.
From my vantage point, I firmly believe that salesman James could not see beyond his ego nor would he follow the directives of a contract. Repeatedly, salesman James tried gas-lighting me into believing the tree had been cut per the contract. Salesman James could not articulate any further than “I don’t wanna”.
Salesman James injected personal impressions of how “I feel” about said tree. How ‘I feel’ has no bearing on what is within our contract. To do so was inappropriate and unprofessional. His attitude combined striking arrogance with a surprising lack of maturity.
The contract states “focusing on reducing the number of branches overhanging both driveways”. The specific request was to have the tree be balanced. Instead, the majority of the work was on dead branches within the canopy. The tree still appears structurally unbalanced, disproportionate and over hangs the driveway.
My impression is salesman James used the ANSI A 300 Part 1 pruning standards while ignoring the contract. Obviously ANSI A 300 did not minimize misunderstandings between client and salesman James. Bait and switch. Deception.
I am profoundly dissatisfied. Helen Keller would have done a better job.
