  We had Right of Way Construction install our new 27' above-ground pool, and they did an amazing job! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Braedy is always quick to respond, communicated everything clearly, and his crew showed up when they said they would and were very professional. They didn't sell us a date they could install sooner just to hook us in and continue to push it back like the first company we spoke with. What really stood out was the care they put into the installation. You could tell they weren't just trying to get the job done—they wanted to make sure it was done the right way and the ground was prepped properly. Their attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Right of Way Construction to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. Thanks again for making the whole experience so easy!

  Right of Way did a fabulous job of fixing a crumbling railroad tie retaining wall. They advised using stone this time and it is beautiful!

  Quick Summary: --Quoted one material (Radiant Pool), but installed a lower-quality pool instead. --Leaked oil on my brand-new driveway and refused to address the damage. --Left piles of pea gravel throughout my yard and simply threw grass seed over it. --Used corn fodder instead of straw over the seed, leaving corn cobs scattered all over my yard. --Within two weeks of installation, the pool liner already had a hole. --Quick to request progress payments, but slow to address concerns after the work was completed. I had high expectations when I hired Right of Way Construction, but the entire experience was one disappointment after another. The project started with being quoted for a Radiant Pool, yet a lower-quality pool was installed instead. That immediately raised concerns about whether I received what I was promised. During construction, equipment leaked oil all over my brand-new driveway. I brought it to their attention, but they refused to address the damage or make it right. The condition they left my yard in was unacceptable. Instead of properly cleaning up the pea gravel, they left piles throughout the yard and simply threw grass seed over it. They also used corn fodder instead of straw, leaving corn cobs scattered all over my property. The final straw came just two weeks after installation when I discovered a hole in the pool liner. A brand-new pool should not have these kinds of problems almost immediately. I had to call Braedy 10 times before I ever got a call back. I believe Braedy (the owner) is in over his head in this industry. His customer services skills are lacking, but is very quick to blow up your phone for progress payments. Overall, I expected quality workmanship, accountability, and follow-through. Instead, I was left with property damage, poor cleanup, and a brand-new pool already needing repairs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Right of Way Construction.

  We had a difficult time finding a company willing to move our one-year-old 30-foot pool to our new home after selling our property, especially given our location in Southern Indiana, about an hour outside the city. We even called the original pool company and they wouldn’t provide us contact info of the original installers or recommendations. We felt defeated truthfully and thought we’d have to move it ourselves with no experience. I found this company after scrolling Facebook and thought they’d also say no… but from the moment I contacted Right of Way Construction, they were responsive and eager to help. They provided a quote quickly and had us scheduled to begin the very next week. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. The foreman took the time to help us determine the best placement for the pool, offering valuable insight on both practicality and aesthetics. It was clear that the entire crew took great pride in their work, paying attention to every detail and ensuring the project was completed to a high standard. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results. We would confidently recommend Right of Way Construction to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. We look forward to working with them again on future projects. A+ experience from start to finish!!

  We own a Commercial Building im Louisville, Ky. off of Bardstown Rd. Right Of Way Construction sent a crew over to our business to construct a large fence down our property line. They did amazing work and had the job complete within a couple hours. We also use Right of Way Construction Company for clearing our parking lot, salting and snow removals. They have done a phenomenal job. A+++ service! So proud to be affiliated with a Christian based company that does things the RIGHT WAY! THANK YOU ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
