  So good to work with Carol again for our alarm systems and all new cameras. She knows her stuff and very knowledgeable in this business . Eric did a wonderful job leading the way, for all the different techs that came to help . We dealt with modern Systems for years couldn’t be happier with what always been done. Guess I Need to give Chris a star also.

  I recently worked with Carol again, and I couldn't be more impressed! When we first remodeled our home three years ago, I initially met Carol, who took her time to thoroughly explain all the options available, answered every question we had clearly, and then helped me decide which system was perfect for our needs. What truly stood out was how helpful Carol was throughout the entire process. She was patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. Her friendly attitude and attentive service made what could have been a complicated purchase feel simple and stress-free. Carol came out recently to review our needs and offer newer options for our home, which were most impressive. She also noticed that our fire alarm system needed an inspection just to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. She had someone out the very next day to complete that process. I highly recommend Carol and Modern Systems to anyone looking for a security or fire alarm system!
