This Lowes suck and apparently lowes corporate sucks too when they damage your property and make you wait 2 months for any compensation which the delivery could've been avoided had we been allowed to pick up the fridge from the store when it showed 2 in stock in the back but the redhead dude working appliances wouldn't let us. So delivery was what we went with and they damaged our power lines and siding of the house. Made the claim the same day and lowes redirects you to spirt logistics and neither Donna or Danielle answer their phones. This lowes should be expecting a phone call from my lawyer very soon! Would've rated a 0 if I could

My Mom bought a refrigerator from Lowes and had it delivered we paid for next day delivery
They won't deliver because they had to cross a creek with a concrete slab and maybe an inch of water across it
I go across it in a Chevy cobalt
Delivery hours 8 to 8
I called them at 3:00 to be told they have to put it a smaller truck and they would get back with us in 24 hours to tell us a delivery date
We paid for it to be delivered today and they still have 5 hours to do that
Very unsatisfied with their handling of this issue
We've bought every appliances we own from there
Next time I'll go to home depot and pay them to deliver it
