Had an issue with an online order, no problem, it happens. James- the manager got on the phone, clearly didn’t care about my issue, I was calm and professional, he talked over me and told me I was upset, and that he didn’t know what to tell me and was about to hang up on me. After having to raise my voice to get him to stay on the phone, I had to ask him 3 times for the corporate number so I can just get an answer on my online order. I spend about $30k per month there with the rehabs my company does. I just wanted a little courtesy and solution based thinking. Very unprofessional.

I need to brag on Donny M. And Matt J. I was working on a finicky project that needed a creative solution and they helped me figure out what would work, helped me find the right materials, and even helped me take appropriate measurements of what I was working with in order to ensure the best possible solution. They were in no way obligated to go as above and beyond as they did but they saved me so much time and energy and heartache. I could not be more grateful. AMAZING!

This is hands down the worst automated phone service. Literally just wanted to ask two questions and the automated service continued to say they didn't understand me. I don't have a thick accent at all. Why this thing couldn't understand me is an absolute enigma. All I wanted was a person to answer so I could ask my questions and be done. If anything, it's made me not want to purchase from them at all. So thanks for the crappy service.

As of right now this is some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. We bought a mower a week ago. We were told it would be delivered on Saturday April 11, because they did not have the one we bought in stock. Friday night we received a message that it would not be delivered on Saturday due to be short handed and that had just started delivering in our area. We got a message yesterday that we would receive the mower tonight April 13 between 6-10. At 8:30 still no mower and no phone call. So my wife and I both called hoping to speak with someone, because it’s like pulling teeth to get somebody to actually answer the phone. My wife spoke to someone and they told her the mower had been picked up and was on its way. Ten minutes later, I finally got to speak to someone ( the same person my wife spoke with) and she informs me that we will not be getting the mower tonight, because someone at the store they were getting it from, damaged it trying to get it on the Truck. Now they are telling me we should have it Thursday, and if not, we should be the ones to call the other store and figure out what is going on. I spent my hard earned money at the Richmond location because I live and work in Madison county and believe in buying from local stores. I should not have to do the running around and making the phone calls to find out where they fell short. Next time I’m going somewhere else that cares about their customers and the service they provide!
