  I have been a customer now for almost three years. Every single person I have came into contact with has gone above what they have to do to make sure I am always taken care of. Bobby, Josh, Alicia, Nick, Kevin and I am sure I am missing some that helped me. I am disabled and unable to go into the store but they send pictures of whatever I am looking for and make sure I am more than taken care of. They DO NOT have to do it but they CHOOSE to. Their kindness isn't something you find very often anymore. Thank you all for being AMAZING.

  I am beyond disappointed in the experience I had with this location. Just moved from out of state and had always done business with Aaron’s. I placed an order, they brought out a used mattress that had horrible stains on it, hit my wall and left a large mark, didn’t lock in the frame so if we had not checked it before laying down, it would have fallen. They did not bring a mattress protector. The next day they brought out the correct mattress and the following day (Saturday) we went to the store and was going to add more and spend more money with them. No one spoke to us and acted as if we were bothering them by being there. Needless to say, I called today and told them to cancel the bed and come get it because I went up the road to another company and received excellent customer service and gave them my money instead. Highly disappointed is an understatement. In my opinion, I should be refunded the money for the few days I had to deal with them and for the fact that I am now going to be charge by my apartment for the mark on the wall.

  Worst store to rent from. Bobby is horrible the staff is rude and harrass you. They take money without authorization. They are inhuman and could careless if they leave your bank account negative with you having children. They took money from a card that I let someone use once for a over the phone payment yet they assumd it was ok and refuse to refund my money even though it's not my stuff or nor do I have it they stole from me and my kids.

  Let me start by saying that my husband and I have rented to own 3 things from the Aaron's company over the last 10 or so years. We also outright cash purchased a couch and love seat set from them several years ago. But todaycs experience almost made me want to back out, but we REALLY need a washer/dryer! Be VERY cautious of their "advertised" prices! If you see one price online realize that this Richmond, KY store does NOT honor that price because they are an independently owned franchise location. Also, their own printed paper ad (on their store counter and put in our mailbox) said $139 for a Samsung front load washer/dryer set but they told me a price of $189. When questioned why the HUGE price difference from advertised price they said it was because the lower price was for a WHITE set and I said I wanted Gray when they asked me what color I wanted...but they NEVER told me there was a difference in price for different color. When I asked to change to a white set for lower price I was told that they had already ordered the gray set and they may not be able to cancel it (even though I'd not paid yet). I said I'd leave and go to Rent-A-Center and they said they would figure it out. They fixed it right away and got me the white set for the advertised price. Originally I went in wanting the GE front loading set (as advertised) and had talked to Chris on the phone about this specific set about 25 minutes before going to the store; however, when I got there and said that's what I wanted they claimed that GE was no longer making the dryers and would soon not be making the washers either. If that is the case, why is the GE set still being advertised both online and in their own printed store ad paper! I was disappointed because the GE was not only cheaper but it was also an Energy Star set (the Samsung is not!) and the washer had several more settings than the Samsung does. I am also not thrilled that they now require autobill payments and only on the 1st or 15th of the month. Being on SSD (only) Hubby and I get paid on the 3rd so unless we want to wait for the 15th to roll around for the payment to come out, we would have to pay a late fee! After we completed our order and got home, we talked to a friend and she said we should just cancel everything and go with Rent-A-Center because they do NOT require autobill payments AND they actually do have the GE front loading set that I want and it is NOT being discontinued! Other than those few things, the atmosphere of the store was 'ok'. We were greeted when we entered, but the store was quite loud because of all the TV's being on and their volumes being up so high.
