  Shopped for flowers and ribbons for my bridesmaid bouquets. They had a great selection, but no one asked of we needed help or even said hello. I'm in retail in a big store as well, so I understand staffing issues, but EVERYONE working there needs to smile and at least say hello. That would have given you 5 stars.

  I absolutely LOVE Hobby Lobby. They literally have something for everyone. One of my favorite places to shop and very decently priced!!

  I love this store and shop here very often. I've never had a bad experience until this one. I had my 3 small children with me. We were waiting to check out. There were 2 registers open and a manager/supervisor standing there talking. I got in one line and was waiting for a couple minutes before the manager looked over at me and said I'd have to get in the other lane that was open because she had to let the girl go on break. She made it very clear state law requires it. No biggie..I went ahead and got in the other line and waited. My kids were doing what kids do, looking at all the candy and whatnot they have up front and asking for everything. (Isn't that why they put all that stuff by the registers??) They weren't being bad or crying or throwing fits. Just whining a little. They are small kids 🤷‍♀️ My eldest went to climb back in the cart and I was telling her no we're going to put this back and leave when the manager walks up and grabs my cart and says to my child "Watch out. I'm going to put this back" and looks at the girl checking me out with a very disgusted look like she just couldn't wait to get us out of the store. I really couldn't even believe what I'd just heard. It was all I could do to not address her rudeness and lack of professionalism right there. I grabbed my child and said "Excuse me would have been nice wouldn't it?" and we walked out. I got to the car with my husband and told him what had happend and he said that was absolutely uncalled for. So, I walked back in and asked for her name to which I was informed was "Cheryl". I never asked for her to take my cart. If she wanted to help she could have addressed my children and myself completely different. If I or my children had walked past her and said "Watch out" I have a feeling it wouldn't have been received well either. My children, as small as they are, know to say "excuse me". My children are also customers and you should address them with the same respect you'd address me with. This was absolutely ignorant and uncalled for.

  Shout out to Lacey at this location for double checking and verifying that it was okay that I could park my semi out front In the parking lot for a while, So that I could work out at planet Fitness next door. It's hard enough for us truck drivers as it is out here with trying to stay fit out here along with sometimes not having any where to park a semi while trying to get a workout in. I know that's probably more of a planet Fitness problem but hell I still appreciate it hobby lobby Thank you very much for coming in clutch. 👍🏼
