  I want to give praise to Jeff and Dave who helped my husband and I when we were on a search for something in the store… it was no where that is said it may be but they never gave up looking and when it was up high in inventory they helped get it down. Very appreciative of the service we received today!

  Update: Today I called Lowes customer service and spoke with two members of Lowes, the first I do not remember the name but he was kind, helpful, and he got me in touch with Logan. I explained what happened he verified I was who I was claiming to be and verified my purchases that day. He apologized and we had a good conversation. I don't know about you, but the gardencenter is always zero fuss. After speaking with Logan, I have zero issues and I am going from a 1 Star to 4 because of the customer service of the employees I felt with today They thought I was a thief. They has us go to the return deck to explain the options on the craftsman bundle tool set at $399.00. They never explained any options other than my military discount will not apply after they realized I was actually going to buy the plywood, 2 2x4's, and the Craftsman tool set 399.00 with the drill, impact, light, saw saw, and a couple of other items. Nicholasville lows sucks.

  Bought 3 major appliances yesterday was promised delivery today but the delivery drivers couldn't find the house. Claimed I gave them the wrong address and phone number despite my being on the phone with them trying to give them directions.

  If you are thinking about getting any kind of appliance delivery, I hope you see this and cancel. We purchased over $3,000 worth of appliances and countertops and decided it would be better to have it all delivered. Horrible idea. Lowe's does not always use their own delivery - they sub it out. If this happens, cancel your delivery. I spent hours getting things disconnected to help them out and have it all ready to go (our fridge was being hauled away) when they got here. We had a 4 hour delivery window and were at the very end of it on a Saturday. The delivery people showed up and did their best, but noticed the refrigerator was damaged beyond repair. Very thankful for them noticing since obviously Lowe's or whoever picks the orders doesn't care. They immediately reached out to dispatch and said they'd come Monday since they didn't work Sundays. Aside from losing a bunch of food, we spoke with a few different people that all had different answers for us on when they would return. It was near impossible to reach a manager as the store customer service representative hung up 3 times in a row before admitting that she was "really busy." The wildest response from someone that's supposed to support customers. We finally spoke with a store manager after 6 calls who apologized and said Monday between 4-8. I had to take time off work to ensure we could be here for them, but ended up being the last delivery of the day again. Not sure why you would bump someone back to the last delivery of the day that already had issues in the event something happened again, that's a bad look. Well, here we are. At 2pm, the delivery app and tracker said they were 7 stops away. 3, 4, 5, 6pm. Still 7 stops away. I call Lowe's and ask whether the app might be stuck or whether anyone is coming today or not. He said he could see the same thing and that it was likely just traffic or an accident. Ok... Offers to get me to the delivery team, so I accepted. Said it could take 20-30 min, but hopped back on the phone after 5 minutes and said it would be faster to call the company myself. So Lowe's literally has no idea or control over people delivering their products apparently which is awesome, super great idea. Truly embarrassing to not know where your products are but oh well. Call the company they gave me the number for and their representative explains they are still hours away and will get back to us as soon as they can. 8pm rolls around and we get a call saying they have 2 more stops but they're 1.5 hours away! So here we are about to receive a delivery at 1030 at night and only found out because we had to pester them to give us any kind of heads up. Truly embarrassing on Lowe's part. I wish I would've just rented a truck and gotten everything myself. So much for easy painless delivery service. I don't know how any business can run when you have zero communication. Zero idea where people or products are, horrible customer service representatives, empty promises, and over scheduling deliveries. To not update customers spending thousands of dollars and taking off work and preparing their homes is genuinely horrible as a business. We are so excited to get this last piece so we can never deal with you all again. You just need to do better. You can't have a delivery system without communication. Thankful for the delivery people that have to work garbage hours because Lowe's clearly can't operate a delivery system. Wish I could've paid them instead. Update! Fridge arrived at 1015pm with dents in it. Called the store the following morning and asked for a manager. The customer service rep just laid the phone down for 20 minutes with no answer so I called back, got the same person and they asked why I needed to speak to a manager. Finally got one who inspected a new fridge and re-packaged it for delivery. I was told they have no idea when the delivery team will be there to pick things up because they come at different times of the day? Truly don't understand how this place is able to function this way. Still haven't heard any updates, it's 3 pm.
