The space is very clean and well maintained. They are pretty quick to respond to questions or issues if needed. Convenient location…the cost does reflect that…but it’s very easy to get in and out of whenever needed. They do a good job.

I had a great experience renting at Extra Space Storage in Newport. Paul was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made the entire process of renting a unit for the short time I needed it an absolute breeze. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had exactly what I needed.
This is my second time renting at this location, and it continues to be the best storage option near downtown. The facility is clean, convenient, and they even have drive-up units available, which makes moving in and out so much easier.
Highly recommend this location, especially if you get to work with Paul!
