  Had a wonderful experience with my storage unit. I had my unit for 3 years and never had any issues. The staff were all super wonderful and kind. Pearl from the office was kind enough to contact me to make sure I had a successful move out process and even went beyond letting me know I paid extra and was getting a refund. Thank you extra space storage for a great experience!

  The manager/attendant was really nice and polite, I explained that my issue to her and she was more than able to help and resolved my issues within 5 minutes. I am very happy to be using extra space storage as my go to storage facility. Would recommend 10/10.

  I used to have no problem with this place now not so much. First they decided to double my payments just because one month which I'm trying to see how that's even legal, last month my payments were up to date and I hadn't found a red lock on my unit when I came by to get tools for work because I keep my work tools in there I couldn't get a hold of anyone so I had no choice but to cut the lock off myself because I was up today I was current there was no reason for a lock to be on my stuff but there was no one to answer my calls. Today I make a payment granted it was a little bit late but it needed to be done so I made the payment and then headed out to storage to pick up my work tools there's already a red lock on there and Pearl decides to tell us in kind of a nasty I don't really care about you way it that she had a funeral to go to but did not see fit to call in a replacement for someone to be on duty and told me that she was not coming down to unlock my locker until tomorrow effectively costing me thousands of dollars in work tonight So it's that or I cut the lock off myself again and pay the $20 that they charge me for the lock which I don't think they should have been able to charge me for the last one and my attorney agrees today I don't wish to do this but I find myself in another position to have no choice but to cut the lock offer loose thousands of dollars worth of work I'm starting to feel like they're just trying to do bad business practices to eventually manage to somehow lock me out and steal my stuff I'm not very happy at the moment I'm going to give her 20 more minutes to get down here because I couldn't tell what she said on the phone cuz she kept screaming at me and then hung up she either said she's on her way here or she's on her way to the funeral So I'm going to give her 20 minutes to get here Then I'm going to cut one of the locks off and you're not going to charge me for it If you do I'll see you in court for theft of property and lost wages for my job. I understand that my payment may have been late but it wasn't anything serious and I was prepared to give her time to get down here until she got nasty and gave me the I don't care about you type attitude and told me we shouldn't have been late. Does it matter if I'm late there's 3 hours before closing and she refused to do her job later night I paid it and if it was late and I paid it that means I pay my late fees on it too. You don't have the right to keep me from my stuff provided I'm giving you fair amount of time to get to me and unlock it and being reasonable and the response given was just shy of a middle finger in my face. Update: BOTH of my units were locked. They are seperate as they were purchased at seperate times and only one was due. The other should have never been locked. I waited till close of business day, (1.75 hours later) and then, and only then, did i cut the lock off of ONLY the unit i needed in that shoudnt have been locked anyway as that unit was current. I will call today in response to the companys response to my review post. I will update as to how they choose to address this situation. Mistakes can be made, its how they get addressed thats most important to me. Im sorry about the lock, but as this is not the first time this has happened And the last time it happened the payment was made 5 days prior to me showing up to get anything from the unit and it was locked still 5 days later I cut that lock and was charged for that lock and I shouldn't have been But we paid it to show that there was no ill intent on our part to cause damage maliciously. Same as well I only cut one lock yesterday and only off of unit that was current anyway before making the payment yesterday for the other unit The unit I needed into was current and should have never had a lock on it That's the one I cut I didn't even cut the one that was delinquent yesterday until I paid it hours before arriving and then allowing her to the end of business day to show up before cutting the lock to show that I was more than fair before cutting.

  Best storage place in the area, by far. It’s so clean and taken care of which is my biggest concern when looking for storage. The lady in the front, Pearl, was so nice and you could tell she takes pride in her work.
