- DSDianna SweetsJan 31, 20251.0Buyers BEWARE!!!! Always get your agreement printed before leaving. Have bought multiple items and always paid off with in 4 months to do same as cash. Same as cash price is always WAY higher than what was agreed. This last time bought a laptop IN CASH the same day. 24hrs later the screen will not turn on. "They can't do anything about it" same day started a payment plan on a speaker same as cash price was $480 after taxes. 3 weeks later it was 8 hundred and sonething??? Had the guy pick it back up cause no way man. His paper on his clip board said $480 so I took a picture of it. Desktop computer was supposed to be just under 1600 I paid 2200! Xbox series X was supposed to be 800 i paid 1400. All paid off within 4 months. Have NOTHING with them now and haven't for a month and they're still trying to hit me with EZ pay charges. On top of one of their sales associates pulled my information from their store and started adding me on my socials ... ew. Never met or saw him prior to him adding me. Aside from this the sales person I worked with was really nice. I always went through her when I purchased from there and doubt she had anything to do with the BS

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
