The lady that helped me at closing time was wonderful!!! Kind patient and I know she was ready to leave who isn’t ready to leave at the end of their work shift. She helped me pick some really amazing colors to paint my room greatly appreciate the patience and the kindness and help that was given.

Visited this morning 06/07/26, 20 minutes after they opened. Few customers in the store which is ideal shopping time, or so i thought. The vacuum cleaner that i needed to purchase is locked up, as are most things in Lowes stores. I walked around for 5 minutes trying to find and employee which no such luck. I then walked from aisle 35 to the customer service desk and politely used these words "can you have someone come to aisle 35 so I can get a vacuum ". I then walked back to aisle 35 and waited over 10 minutes before deciding Lowes didnt want anyone to buy anything today. Kind of weird considering it's a retail store but........I walked back to customer service and was met with "did you get what you needed?" Uh, no, tell them I waited long enough to spendoney elsewhere. A ridiculous way to run a store but, when you're the only home improvement store within 50 miles of the next one, I guess they feel thwy can get away with it

I wish I could leave zero stars!! Lowe’s has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dishwasher and all in one washer dryer combo on Sunday. We picked up the dishwasher Monday. We were told the washer dryer would be delivered Thursday between 4-8. So I took off work early to be home. I received an email stating it had been delayed with no reason. I went to the store. They couldn’t give me a reason. I was told they would check into it and call me back in the morning which they did not. Next day we called and were told it would be delivered Saturday between 8am-noon. Then received another email stating it was again delayed until Tuesday again with no reason. So we called and were told it was at the store. We went to the store to find out it was not there and we would not receive the item at all without canceling and reordering because the original sales associate entered the order incorrectly. We were told that there were 11 in stock in the Cincinnati warehouse but still somehow would not be able to get it for 2 more weeks! I called the corporate customer service number. Her only solution was to tell me she understood my frustration and could help me reorder. I told her I was more than capable of placing an order myself but unsure if I would ever receive my item or if I should order elsewhere. She did not listen to my concerns and basically was reading from a script. I no longer qualified for the holiday discounts or promotional financing from where I ordered the 2 items together. She muted me multiple times and I had to ask if she even was still there. She finally wanted to know if there was anything more she could help me with. Which I replied that she had not helped me with anything at all!!!

LIES!!! This store sold me a refrigerator that was in stock and had me purchase next day delivery!!! That was April 17, 2026 today is April 21, 2026 and still no refrigerator. I finally canceled my order after the three days of waiting. They were literally telling me that it was on the delivery truck and gave me time frames to be home, not to mention the ridiculous amount of time to be waiting. No one called to say we’re not going to make it today. To this very minute I was never called once. I called them and finally today I get a call back only to find out that the refrigerator that I purchased was no longer available for purchase was told to cancel out my order and re-order it from another Lowe’s and that it would be here tomorrow. Really…. No thanks…. How many times should a person set their self up for continuous LIES!!!! And 4 days of my life wasted on Lowe’s… it would not let me post this review unless I picked at least one star well that needs to go negative times 10.
