  I was sold on Wayne's Lawn Service because of the immediate response to my on-line inquiry from Katie in the office as well as Kyle's knowledge, help, and kindness when he came out to discuss what I wanted done. The crew from WLS did an AMAZING job redesigning my front gardens, cleaning up the mess, shortening the garden and putting down grass seed, etc. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them for your landscaping and yard maintenance needs. I plan to use them for cutting my grass next season and on going upkeep!

  They are extremely reliable, in the sense that they show up weekly without fail, but there are a few problems that may be tied to the fact that my contract is residential rather than commercial: 1) They don't trim very close to bushy areas. The bushy areas thus have a tendency to sprout saplings and expand, leaving less for them to mow. I have to pay other people to trim those back. 2) They tend to mow or walk over less obvious decorative or vegetable areas unless those are VERY clearly marked with flags. 3) They use only huge commercial mowers and weed trimmers, no push mowers. This makes damage to smaller or more delicate lawns more likely. 4). They do my job VERY quickly each week. A third of an acre in about five minutes. They do this by bringing a large crew with lots of large gear. This is probably great for business customers, but it seems to translate into being a bit more expensive than some other companies. All that being said, the reliability is a definite plus.

  What a great experience throughout the process. The entire team was always so attentive to my needs and wants. Their work is outstanding. They have a team of people who understand landscaping and strive to go above and beyond what is required. Kyle made numerous trips to my home to discuss, tweak and keep me in the loop on all ongoing activity. Chad was really wonderful with offering suggestions and making the work look professional. Katie thanks for taking my many phone calls and finally getting to meet you. The entire staff is very friendly, honest and hardworking. This is exactly what I had hoped. Thank you to all!!!
