    Janet at Lowe’s Bashford Manor Lane (Self-Checkout) is exceptional!! As someone who works in customer service, I make it a point to recognize people who are genuinely outstanding at their job. Janet is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I shop at this Lowe’s weekly, and every single time Janet is monitoring self-checkout she delivers outstanding service. She’s always willing to go above and beyond whether it’s patiently helping me troubleshoot the Lowe’s app when I’m stuck or just making the checkout process smooth and friendly. She even remembers my name, which always makes me feel valued. Janet turns what can feel like a routine (and sometimes daunting) errand into a genuinely positive experience. I walk out of the store every time with a smile on my face. Thank you, Janet! You’re a true asset to this store. Keep doing what you’re doing! Highly Recommend This Location!

    I’ve used this Lowe’s for awhile with no problems. I went into today for a shop vac. Problem was the communication between employees/staff. I wanted to purchase the product, but it was $30-40 cheaper online so I assumed they maybe could price match? Well I asked three different people. Two said yes, so I took it to the front checkout, showed them the product ID, online listing, and the price. The cashier didn’t know so she asked someone else. The other girl said they couldn’t price match the online price in store. Ok whatever. But she clarified and said I could make a curbside pickup and come back in ~3 hours to pick it up. That just seems like such a waste of time and resources not only for me, but also the employees. I had the product in my hand. I get it; businesses do things a certain way, but this just felt unnecessary and there was a little bit of hostility as well. I put the product away and came back about 2 and a half hours later to pick up. Service was quick and Maddy, the associate who brought out my purchase, was extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend this store, but there needs to be better communication between staff and customers.

    It is a wonderful store I have been going there for quite a while! The first looking for screws! Instead I found a wonderful gardening center and Home Center today curtains lamps anything you want! As a single woman is a wonderful place to go! Most staff are friendly glad to help you! No Macy's I had a list and found almost everything I needed there! I will be coming back more plants inside and out! Supposed to be a community store everyone is welcome! Don't forget about the store on Dixie Highway! Lowe's always been known for their friendliness and the hospitality! If if you are shut in get on that bus go out there and buy yourself a nice plant! It's a great feeling just to be out there among all those beautiful plants! Get out there! Always remember that life is free smile say hello to some friendly people!

    Completely disturbed by the workers in the landscape pick up area. Went to pick up a load of bagged mulch with the family, including two children. The workers were fighting and yelling profanities at each other and we escaped before a near fight broke out over their “breaks” and who took a break when. My youngest had never heard the words they were slinging and we were so appalled at the ridiculous behavior. There were about 5 employees yelling f bombs back and forth while other employees just watched and no one stepped up to tell them to knock it off. Completely unprofessional not to mention the fact that they said on multiple times they lost count on how many bags they gave us, and just kept loading them because they didn’t want to count again. Such a weird experience and we will not return.

    Ordered countertops and they came to us on a different day. Ok...we worked around that but then the countertops were unusable, totally beat up, even a foot print was on one of them. Ok, called the store and sat on hold forever. Ok...I was understanding about that, but after quite some time was told manager unavailable and to call back next day as it was getting close to closing time. Called back next day. Scheduled a time for damaged cabinets to be picked up and then we would need to go back to store to get a refund. That was fine, went back to store and was told refund, includong delivery fee, would reach us in something like a week. Now im a little aggravated. After two weeks, no refund. Call store again, and was told refund was sitting there in system, manager was nice. Again was told to wait a couple days. We also again told manager to be sure we were also being refunded for delivery (why should we pay for a service that destroyed our countertops and even walked on them)...again was told yes. A few days later we received refund for the countertops but not delivery. The whole ordeal was 3 weeks long. Absolutely ridiculous. Im giving three stars because at least the manager was somewhat helpful once we were able to speak yo him. I haven't even spoke about the rude employee we encountered. I never write bad reviews, we both are patient people but lowes really has put us through it this time. We went somewhere else and had exceptional service.
