I had a frustrating experience with the order pickup process at this location. It takes far too long for orders to be ready, even for the simplest items. I hope the management team can look into improving the efficiency of the pickup service.

I want to love this place. Perhaps if I was capable of being self sufficient on all fronts Lowe’s would be my place. Unfortunately, I am more often than not given bad intel from employees and or overlooked when requesting help. I’m am pretty handy and know enough to be dangerous but occasional require some assistance. I am of the mindset, if you don’t know of what you speak find someone who does! Don’t waste my time and have me purchase the wrong item only to return it. I give people grace, it’s a big space, but this last visit was less than ideal and my only hope is that overall employees can be trained and educated a tad more.

In store, folks are lovely and helpful…. But if you are forced to talk to anyone on the phone AFTER the sale, you are going to lose your mind. The AI operator is useless, I was disconnected after waiting 15 minutes on hold. The whole process made me doubt I will ever shop at Lowe’s again.
And please don’t suggest I call to discuss my issues. I tried that too. USELESS. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
