Has taken 90 minutes or more to purchase a trailer. No one can find a key or title. No one can find anyone in charge. They are all in meetings. Kind of crappy treatment especially after I purchased trailer. Sad. Real sad way to do business.

Ordered from Lowes northeast. It was shipped by Lowes Hurstbourne. I received the wrong item. I clearly had someone else's order as i ordered wheat straw and received Kobalt cabinets. I was expected to bring it to the store if I wanted a refund. Customer service was abysmal. If you are going to use 3rd party delivery, you need to own it when it gets messed up. Good luck with your current policy.
