I ordered and paid for a porcelain bathroom floor and removel of old floor and install of new floor.this was ordered and paid for May 22 here is July 4 no floor.July 2 installer finally showed up.at 3 o’clock .He missed his first appointment which was June 26. Showed up July 3 at 9 o’clock sit in his truck talking on his phone for a half hour then finally got to work took out my toilet and sit it in the bathtub were it is today I don’t micro manage so i thought everything was fine.My wife makiing desserts for our cook out today noticed him sitting in his truck talking on his phone. And guess what we got call from Lowe’s the lady said he wanted 540.00 more to continue the work.He never said anything to me about why.lady finally got down to 200..00 we said no we paid for the job in May She offered a refund for on work he didn’t do. Offered no help finding someone else to finish the job.So we are stuck with our bathroom bedroom and living room until we can get someone to finish the job. Thanks to Lowe’s home improvement installation.I wouldn’t recommend floor installation by Lowe’s.Y

After years of mostly competent service, the Preston Crossings Lowe’s is now deserving of this one-star rating. We ordered an expensive patio furniture set three weeks ago (to be & assembled/delivered for free).
Delivery was cancelled w/zero explanation on the first date, then confirmed via text/email/& A.I. slop customer service on the second delivery date both the day before and day of…only to be told minutes later it would be nearly another week (a THIRD date) as no one could assemble it after nearly three weeks of this abject nonsense.
Despite the manager’s best efforts, the bottom line is we are not getting this set at all now after all these delays. I’m one to gladly heap praise on businesses deserving of it-so such a review is rarity for me-but this incompetence needs to serve as a warning to those considering such purchases at this Lowe’s location.

A simple question about leaving a truck in the parking lot overnight regarding towing got me the smart-allic tone answer “Why would you leave a vehicle in the parking lot overnight?”
I guess the genius manager can’t think of any situation why a person would want to leave a vehicle in a parking lot overnight. Furthermore, I appreciate him not answering my question and doing it with a real attitude.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
